Introducing My 8 Pillars of Trust: A Framework I Created for You

I created Tyler’s 8 Pillars of Trust for Blockchain and Crypto™ to give you a practical way to look beyond the hype and evaluate whether a blockchain or crypto project has actually earned your trust.

Crypto can move fast. New projects, promises, technologies, and opportunities appear constantly. My goal was to create something that helps you slow the process down, ask better questions, examine the evidence, and make a more informed decision.

Here Are My 8 Pillars

01

Radical Transparency

Trust begins with openness. A project should provide clear, verifiable information about its leadership, technology, finances, risks, governance, and intentions.

02

Education Before Elevation

People should understand what they are getting involved with before they are encouraged to invest. Education should come before promotion.

03

Real Accountability

The people behind a project should be identifiable and willing to take responsibility for their decisions, promises, and actions.

04

Ethical Finance

A project’s financial structure, token economics, incentives, fees, and use of funds should be understandable, responsible, and open to scrutiny.

05

Privacy With Respect

Projects should respect people’s personal information and clearly explain how data is collected, protected, stored, and used.

06

Equitable Inclusion

Blockchain and crypto should create meaningful opportunities for participation without unfairly favoring insiders or excluding people because of financial, technical, or other barriers.

07

Environmental Responsibility

Innovation should not ignore its environmental impact. Projects should understand their footprint and demonstrate responsible practices where appropriate.

08

Peaceful Leadership

Leadership matters. Those behind a project should demonstrate ethical conduct, responsible governance, constructive communication, and respect for the communities they serve.

Eight Pillars. One Important Question.

Has this project earned your trust?

That is what Tyler’s 8 Pillars is designed to help you determine.

Rather than relying on popularity, promises, influencers, or price movement, the framework gives you a structured way to investigate a project, examine available evidence, identify potential warning signs, and make a more informed decision.

If you cannot verify it, score it low.™

Put My 8 Pillars to Work

I did not create the 8 Pillars simply to be something you read. I created tools that allow you to put the framework into practice.

Whether you want to understand the research behind the framework, evaluate a project using the interactive scorecard, or work through the checklist on your own, you can choose the resource that works best for you.

Learn It. Use It. Verify It.

Tyler’s 8 Pillars of Trust for Blockchain and Crypto™ is not designed to tell you what to buy or what not to buy.

It is designed to help you become a more informed evaluator.

Do your research. Ask questions. Look for evidence. Understand what you are considering before putting your money at risk.

Because trust should not simply be given.

Trust should be examined. Trust should be measured. Trust should be earned.™
